The kit that matters, in the boot before you need it

Whether you are keeping the inside of the car clean, getting through a flat tyre on the shoulder, or reading a check engine light without a workshop visit, the range covers the jobs an ordinary driver actually meets.

Ready when it matters

A jump starter, a jack and an inflator do nothing for months and then save an evening. They live in the boot, charged and packed, for the day that turns up.

No workshop needed

The OBD2 scanner reads and clears the codes behind a check engine light, and the electric jack lifts and the wrench turns without a breaker bar. Ordinary drivers, not mechanics.

Sized for a car boot

Everything here packs down. The jack kit, the compressor and the roadside kit come in cases, and the handheld vacuum charges off the car.

Clean inside, protected outside

A cabin air purifier, a handheld vacuum, a seat gap filler and a leak-proof bin for the inside. A windshield cover and a roof carrier for the outside.

Australia wide, tracked

Free delivery on orders over $100, otherwise a flat $25. Packed in 24 to 48 hours, then 5 to 7 days, with a tracking number by email as soon as it ships.

Yes. A tracking number is emailed as soon as your parcel ships. For logistical reasons items in the same order may travel in separate packages.
Yes, within 15 days of purchase under this shop's own published policy, in the original packaging with proof of purchase. You pay the return postage.
No. Australian law does not give a general cooling-off right for online purchases. The 15 days is our own policy, offered so you can order with confidence.
Contact us and we put it right at no cost to you. Under the Australian Consumer Law our goods must be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose and match their description, and those guarantees cannot be excluded. We cover return postage on a faulty item.
Yes, free of charge, at any time before it is dispatched. Most orders are packed within 24 hours, so email us as soon as you can.
Card through Stripe, or PayPal. Both are handled on the payment provider's own systems, so we never see or store your card number.
Yes. A receipt is emailed once payment is made, and a confirmation email with the tracking number follows when the order ships.
No. We are an online supplier with no showroom or physical premises, which is part of how the prices stay where they are.
Email theteam@customersupport.care with your order number and the email you used at checkout. A person reads it and replies, usually within one business day.

Twelve car accessories in three groups: safety and emergency tools, interior accessories, and exterior accessories. Everything is chosen for an ordinary driver rather than a workshop.
For most drivers: a jump starter, something to inflate a tyre, and a roadside kit. Those three cover the failures that actually strand people on the side of the road.
Match the pack's capacity to your engine, not to the peak amp number on the box. A small petrol four cylinder is an easy ask; a large diesel needs more. Email us with your make, model and engine and we will tell you.
Twice a year is a sensible habit, whether you have used it or not. A pack that has sat in a boot for eighteen months will usually be flat when you need it.
It depends on two numbers: the lifting capacity against your car's kerb weight, and the jack's closed height against the clearance under your sill. Check both in your handbook, or send us the model and we will check.
The figure on the placard in the door jamb or the fuel flap, not the number moulded into the tyre sidewall, which is a maximum rather than a recommendation. Check them cold.
Every car sold new in Australia since 2006 has an OBD2 port, usually under the dash on the driver's side. If your car is older than that, send us the year and model.
No. A code names the system that reported a fault; clearing it turns the light off until the fault reports itself again. It also resets the readiness monitors, which matters before a roadworthy inspection.
Check the product page for the model you are looking at. Where the listing does not say, we ask the supplier rather than guessing, so email us before you order.
No. Everything here is designed to be used straight out of the box, with no tools and no installation. The seat gap filler, the bin and the covers all fit by hand.
Then the supplier does not publish one, and the page says so rather than inventing a figure. Ask us with the space you need it to fit and we will get the number.
Yes. Wholesale, reseller and fleet enquiries are welcome; see the wholesale page or email theteam@customersupport.care.
Yes. Everything sold here is new and unused, in the supplier's own packaging.
We welcome reviews and feedback and link to where you can leave one. We do not print star ratings we cannot show you the source of.
Buying guide

Choosing car accessories that get used

We sell car accessories and nothing else, so this is the short version of what we have learned: which of these things earn their place in a boot, how to match one to your car, and what the numbers on the box actually mean.

Jump starters: match the amps to the engine

A jump starter is rated in peak amps, and peak amps is a marketing number. What matters is whether the pack will turn over YOUR engine when the battery is flat and the morning is cold. A small petrol four cylinder is an easy ask; a large diesel is not. If you drive a diesel, or a ute with a big engine, buy more capacity than the sticker suggests you need, and charge the pack twice a year whether you use it or not. A jump starter that has sat in a boot for eighteen months is a paperweight.

Electric jacks: know your kerb weight and your jacking points

An electric jack lifts off the car's own 12 volt socket, which takes the effort out of a roadside wheel change. Two things decide whether it suits your car: the lifting capacity against the vehicle's kerb weight, and the closed height against the clearance under your sill. Look the jacking points up in the handbook before you need them, not on the shoulder in the rain. Chock the diagonally opposite wheel, and never put any part of yourself under a car held up by a jack alone.

Tyre inflators: the placard, not the sidewall

The pressure your tyres should run at is on the placard in the door jamb or the fuel flap, not the number moulded into the tyre sidewall, which is a maximum rather than a recommendation. Check them cold, before you have driven far. A portable compressor makes that a two minute job on the driveway instead of a queue at the servo, and the preset shut-off on ours means you can walk around the car rather than watch a gauge.

OBD2 scanners: what a code does and does not tell you

Every car sold in Australia since 2006 has an OBD2 port, usually under the dash on the driver's side. A scanner reads the fault codes behind a check engine light and can clear them. A code names the circuit or the system that reported a problem: it is a starting point, not a diagnosis. Clearing a code without fixing the cause simply turns the light off until the fault reports itself again, and it also erases the readiness monitors, which matters if you have a roadworthy inspection coming.

Keeping the inside of the car liveable

Most of the mess in a car is small and constant: crumbs in the seat rails, receipts in the console, coffee cups with nowhere to go. A handheld vacuum with a crevice tool gets the rails and the boot lip; a seat gap filler stops the phone and the keys disappearing between seat and console; a lidded bin means the rubbish leaves the car when you do. None of it is complicated, which is rather the point.

Questions before you order

If you are not sure which jump starter suits your engine, whether a carrier fits your roof bars, or which scanner reads your car, ask before you buy. It is a short email and a great deal easier than sending a box back. You can reach us at theteam@customersupport.care.
